1. 1Pick a tier or a pack of cubes and press its button.
2. 2Type the player's name and check that the character is the right one.
3. 3Check the order and pay on Stripe. Prices are in dollars; Stripe shows you the amount in your currency and your country's payment methods. A payment that takes time to confirm (OXXO, a bank transfer) delivers once confirmed, up to two days later.
4. 4A tier switches on at once, online or not. Cubes arrive while the player is online, or at their next login. Every purchase has its own page with the live status.

Failed payments and refunds

A payment that does not complete charges nothing and delivers nothing. Only what is still unused is refunded: a tier ends and the cubes are taken back. Cubes already spent become a debt to the shop: the player cannot buy in the Cube shop or on the market until cubes bought on the website repay it (cubes earned by playing do not count).

Your subscription

A tier is a subscription: it renews every month until you cancel. If a charge fails, the tier lasts until the end of the month already paid and no longer. Cancel or change the card on Stripe's billing page, with the email you paid with.
