Shop terms

Tiers and cubes are virtual content of this server. They have no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be moved between accounts.
What you buy is delivered to the player whose name you typed. Check the character before paying: a purchase delivered to the wrong player is not refunded.
The server may change what a tier gives or what an item costs, and may close. Nothing you buy entitles you to the server staying the same or staying up.

A tier is a subscription: Stripe charges every month until you cancel on the billing page. You can cancel at any time; the tier lasts until the end of the month already paid.
If a charge fails, the tier ends at the end of the paid month and nothing more is charged.
A 30-day pass is paid once and does not renew.

Only what is still unused is refunded: a tier that ends, cubes that are taken back. Ask on Discord with the order number.
If the cubes were already spent, the difference becomes a debt to the shop: you cannot buy in the Cube shop or on the market until cubes bought on the website repay it. Cubes earned by playing do not count.
A dispute with your bank (a chargeback) is treated as a refund of what was already used, and the account may stay locked until it is settled.

A sanction for cheating or for breaking the server's rules does not entitle you to a refund.
You are responsible for your account and for whoever uses it. A purchase made from your account is yours.
